  • "We were in town for thunder in the valley and were having what we thought were electrical problems with out 2006 streetglide. The service department got us in within 10 minutes and diagnosed the problem as the ignition switch. They replace the part and had us out the door in less then 2 hours. EVERYONE was wonderful. Being out of town we expected the worst, but we got wonderful, friendly service, well beyond our expectations. Thanks so much for turning a bad situation into a good experience."

  • "When I was looking for a new bike, a trike, I searched several websites. When I read all the testimonials on your website, I really didn't believe them. I called and spoke with Luke, who was extremely informative and helpful. I wound up buying a 2010 trike, which he delivered. I was very impressed with the courtesy from all your staff. They were great! When I had a problem with my battery in December, I called Luke and he connected me with Ron, the service manager, and he was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. The next night Luke came to my place with Jake, a shop mechanic and installed a new battery at NO CHARGE! I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. I've owned a Harley for 23 years and never expected the level of concern your dealership shows. So whatever you're doing, you're doing it right. Please give Luke and Jake the recognition they deserve. A very satisfied customer, Des Brown."

  • "I purchased a used 2008 Harley Davidson Super Glide Custom from Zepka Harley Davidson in 10/2012. Sales rep. Luke ,finance manager Steve, office worker Kim, and parts man Joe were all great to deal with. Even the service tech. in the pack had my bike ready to be delivered to my door way earlier than I thought it would be ready. ( he put forward controls on,changed oil & filter, and installed a new rear tire). This dealership is a model of how other dealerships should conduct their business. When I left there, I felt like I made new friends. They treated my wife and I like we were family and no one there forgot my name when I returned a week later. The owners of Harley Davidson should be proud to have folks like you meet at Zepka representing them. I know I would!!"

Luke answered my many questions about the bike and Kim was amazing with the paperwork, details, etc. The sale went flawlessly and I'm now the proud owner of my dream HD!
